His coming is Imminent!

Occurrences around the world point to the imminent coming of the Messiah. There are wars, rumors of war, increased knowledge, technological breakthroughs, rebellions, economic downturns, strange occurrences like gay marriage etc. The world seems unperturbed and not ready for what is to come. They believe that the world would never come to an end; saying they have been hearing about the messiah coming but nothing has happened. Whatever has a beginning, would surely have an end.

How prepared are you for the coming of the Lord? The time we have is a borrowed time. Are you ready? His coming will be as a thief in the night. There will be no excuse, therefore amend your ways, make restitution where necessary, be watchful, be prayerful and ask for the grace to keep standing till He comes.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Give your life to Him today, make Him your Lord and personal savior.
Behold He comes quickly and His reward is with Him to give to every man according to how his works shall be.

Training a child early helps!

Train up a child in the way he should go, so that when he grows up, he will not depart from it.
Many parents this days do not have time to train up their children, hence peer pressures influence those kids and then they turn out bad.
Parents are guilty in not being able to prioritize their time by not being involved in their kids day to day living activities. Most kids are left alone, hence they watch television all day long, stay on the phone, texting, sexting and playing games. Subsequently, the children imbibe wrong morals and violence. Then they grow to become wild, rebellious, unruly and unproductive. Some even get pregnant before they complete their high school. Most of them end up in jail and their lives are destroyed.

Training a child could be hard work but the end justifies the means. Parents are not suppose to spear the rod of correction when necessary. Parents are also expected to live by example as kids pick up quickly what they see and not what they hear.
Above all, training a child involves being patient, methodological and prayerful.

Supreme Court Decision!

The decision of the supreme court of the United States of America legalizing same sex marriage throughout the nation violate the injunction given by God and also run contrary to the long held notion of the court that each state should be independent.

My take on this decision is that same sex marriage is an abomination and it is an attempt by man to disobey the laws of nature and God. It seems there is a seed in man that makes him to want to do whatever is contrary to his well-being. What animals could not venture into is pathetically what so called civilized humans are engaging in. This lifestyle is morally wrong, intellectually bankrupt and outright evil to say the least. I do not care what people do in the secret of their bedrooms, but to legalize this absurdity is to confuse children and make them believe it is the right way to live. This lifestyle is sickening and should be frowned at.

My concern is that they may want to force Ministers of God to conduct marriages against their wishes and beliefs. I doff my hat for the Texas governor for signing into law protections for Ministers who do not want to be involved in this anomaly.
I advocate that people indulging in this act should not be hated, but be pitied, educated and prayed for so that they may change their lifestyle.
No matter what a man wishes or does, the counsel of God shall prevail.
